Rama is one of the most popular of deities in Vaishnavism and Vaishnava religious scriptures in South and Southeast Asia. The majority of details concerning Rama come from the Ramayana, one of the two great epics of India.
This sketch depicts a scene after the Pattabhisheka (crowning of Rama as the King of Ayodhya) in which Lord Rama and his wife Sita bless their devotee Hanuman.

Pencil sketch on a cold pressed paper.

Got around to complete this pencil sketch.
Behold
You nomadic wayfarer
Stop by the village yonder
Splash yourself
On the warm waters
Listen to the music
Of flapping wings
And the crowing percussion
Coconut strings
And the Quacking chorus
Listen to the tunes
Of a resonating silence
The calm of the winds
And the rustling leaves
Behold
You nomadic wayfarer
Stop by the village yonder
